When you are ready to sign-up for our Payroll Service, it is as easy as 1, 2, 3.  All you have to do is go to our "Payroll Set-Up" pages that you can find by hovering over the "Online Payroll" link on the menu bar at the left or click the links below.  Each step is described below:
 
In Step 1, we will ask you to provide information about your company including how your want your payroll system to work.  The data that you enter on this page will provide us the  information we need to set-up your payroll service.  This information is delivered to a secure email box and kept confidential.  You do not have to worry about your important information being compromised.  Once you click on the submit button, it is sent directly to our payroll set-up email box and is then entered into our payroll system to get you started. 
The questions on this page are related to your employees.  This helps us determine how you would like for your employees to be paid (direct deposit, check, etc.), their salary information, and your payroll frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).  We also ask for some personal information for each employee.  This information is required to set-up the employee's payroll taxes, W-2 information, and other witholdings.  As mentioned in Step 1, this information is delivered to a secure email box and kept confidential.  Go through the survey, enter the necessary information and click on submit for each employee that you would like us to set-up.

Lastly, if you have any 1099 contractors that you would like to pay through your normal payroll process, this is where their information will be entered.  Go through the survey, enter the necessary information and click on submit for each contractor that you would like us to set-up.
